A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Frequently asked questions.

Answers about finding help, getting started and earning as a GoGuy.

Still have a question?Contact support

What exactly is ErrandBwoy?

ErrandBwoy is a product of Pintop Technologies connecting people who need everyday tasks done with nearby GoGuys who offer their time and skills. Tasks include cleaning, shopping, queueing and pickups. You can join to find help or to earn by helping.

Who can become a GoGuy?

Students looking for a side hustle and adults looking for flexible paid work can sign up as GoGuys in the app. You’ll need to complete onboarding and verification before taking on tasks. Choose services you can carry out safely and reliably.

Can I do this alongside school or another job?

Yes. You choose when to make yourself available. Allow enough time for travel and the full task before accepting, so your commitments to customers fit around classes, work and your other plans.

Do I need a bike or a car?

Many tasks, such as cleaning or waiting in a queue, don’t require a vehicle. For shopping and pickups, consider the distance, items and transport needed before agreeing to the work. Requirements depend on the service you offer.

How much can I earn?

Earnings depend on the tasks you complete, the agreed service prices and demand in your area. Platform fees apply and are shown in your earnings breakdown. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed number of requests.

What should I prepare to get started?

You’ll need a phone with internet access to use the app, complete your profile and verification, and choose the services you can offer. Some tasks need supplies or equipment; agree those details with the customer first. The app guides you through onboarding.

When can I start using it?

ErrandBwoy is live. Download the app for iPhone or Android and create your account. Check the app for services available in your area. GoGuys complete onboarding and verification before accepting tasks; registration does not guarantee approval or work.

How do I find help as a customer?

Share your task, area and timing, browse nearby GoGuys and invite someone who fits. Agree on the work and service price, keep in touch in the app and confirm when the work is complete.

How will I communicate and pay?

Messaging, calls, service payments and task updates stay inside ErrandBwoy. Agree on the service terms before work begins. The service price pays for the GoGuy’s work; any shopping budget or other purchases should be discussed separately.

More help with the app.

Still need a hand? email the team.

What should I send if the app is not working?

Describe the action, the message you saw and when it happened. Include your device type, app version and relevant errand reference. A screenshot can help, but cover unrelated personal details, passwords and payment information.

Can I request help without opening the app?

Email hi@pintoptechnologies.com using the contact details linked to your account where possible. Explain the issue and include a relevant errand or transaction reference. You can also find an email request route on the account-deletion page.

Should I send a second payment if a payment looks pending?

Check the transaction and errand status first, then contact support with the reference if the status is unclear. Avoid making another payment simply because an update has not appeared. Do not include card details or payment verification codes in a support message.
