How to request deletion

1. Open ErrandBwoySign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Open Account settingsChoose Settings, then Account.
3. Select “Delete account”Review the notice and confirm the request.
4. Confirm ownershipComplete the verification step shown in the app.

If you cannot sign in, contact Pintop Technologies and include the phone number or email address on the account. Do not send a password or payment details.

What is deleted

When the request is confirmed, we delete your profile, contact details, profile photo, saved addresses, messages, notifications, GoGuy verification details, task history and account preferences.

What may be retained

We may retain transaction records, dispute records, fraud-prevention records and legally required accounting information when the law requires it or when it is needed to protect users and resolve a claim. These records are restricted and retained only for the period required for that purpose, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Account deletion is normally completed within 30 days. Backups may take up to 90 days to clear through the normal backup cycle, and are protected from ordinary use during that period.
